The mission of Grupo Educativo Marín (Marín Educational Group) is to educate students within a Christian framework, forming citizens committed to transforming the reality that touches their daily lives.
Profile
Grupo Educativo Marín‘s historic origins trace back to May of 1912. Marín has since developed into a respected coeducational institution driven by its emphasis on technology.
There are several key factors that support the successful realization of our mission:
• The ongoing training and development of our teaching staff so as to enable them to effectively accompany and guide the full development of our students.
• In-depth research and development of methodologies and suitable learning strategies that include the use of modern technology and real world equipment in the classroom.
• An emphasis on solidarity, expressed through concrete work and financial balance to allow support for social projects, a key element of our legacy.
• The continuous search for improvement, as a path to provide educational services in tune with the needs and expectations of the community.
Results
In 2007, Marin submitted itself to new system of external evaluation. In so doing, we became the first educational institution in the country to be awarded the National Prize for Quality from by the Argentine Federal Government.
The National Prize for Quality is a comprehensive evaluation system, based on an ideal model of highly competitive companies. It was founded in 1992 with the goal of promoting the development of processes and systems aimed at the continuous improvement of quality in products and services, so as to encourage the modernization and competitiveness of the private sector.
