Mission
The mission of the Faria Brito Group is to promote education in its broadest sense, to develop and train competent, critical, creative, supportive, fair and responsible individuals, through the construction of knowledge, driven by passion to educate.
Profile
The fundamental principles of the Faria Brito Group are:
• To spread the freedom to learn, teach, research and disseminate culture, thought, art and knowledge;
• To structure educational practice appropriate to the social, political, economic and cultural reality of Brazil and a globalized world, considering the interests and motivations of the student, in an interactive process rich in relevant content involving students, teachers and knowledge;
• To develop in the student a critical attitude, able to promote initiative, thinking, the spirit of leadership and participation, teamwork, solidarity, mutual respect, justice and freedom;
• To develop the potential of the student to act with competence, dignity and responsibility in their community;
• To use the different languages - verbal, mathematical, graphic, and body - as a means to produce, express and communicate ideas, interpret and enjoy the cultural productions, for different intentions and situations of communication;
• To value the diversity of the socio-cultural of our country and other peoples, positioning oneself against discrimination based on culture, social class, beliefs, gender or ethnicity.
Results
The results of competitions show that our students are prepared to be creative, critical, autonomous and competent, knowing ho to transform their knowledge into solutions to problems and challenges. This is the citizen in which the Faria Brito Group invests its training.
The school believes that only with a serious education will new generations be able to transform the country.
